Rates and Fees
Rates:
(effective as of January 1, 2024)
Infants and Toddlers (6 weeks - 24 months of age)
$285 weekly
2-Year-olds
$275 weekly
For a child to enter the K3 Class the following are required:
1) There must be availability
2) The child must be "potty trained"
K3 (must be "potty trained" to enter this class)
$275 weekly
K4 (Class time and all-day Childcare including Snacks and Lunch)
$265 weekly
K4 Class time ONLY (8:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. Monday - Friday)
$550 / month (This is for parents who desire their child to experience our highly structured and effective K4 class time ONLY. Classes begin each September and conclude upon K5 graduation conducted in May. This does not include before and after school care. Children must be picked up at 11:30 a.m. each day.)
After K4 class time care is $55 per day. This allows children to stay the remainder of the day.
“By-The-Day”* (subject to availability)
- $90 per day (Infants and 1-year-old children)
- $80 per day (2 - 4 years of age)
- $70 per day (5-12 years of age)
**Where applicable, the entire Registration, Book, and Activity Fees must be paid in order to participate in our By-The-Day option.
*Parents must call 48 hours in advance to schedule “by-the-day.”
Summer Program ONLY (5 -12 years of age) Summer of 2023
Tuition (Weekly)
- $195 Weekly Fee
- PLUS - $200 Activity Fee which includes all field trips, activities, crafts, etc.
- PLUS - $50 Registration Fee (covers Summer Camp T-Shirt for field trips)
Tuition (Daily)
- $70 PLUS Field Trip Fee** if applicable
- PLUS - $50 Registration Fee (covers Summer Camp T-Shirt for field trips)
**Field Trip Fee - $10 per Field Trip PLUS
any Admission Cost
(Field Trip Fee is ONLY for those coming exclusively for the field trips. The fee will help cover transportation, any admission fees, and extra staffing required.)
Before and After School:
(K5-6th grade)
All K5-12 grade students needing before and/or after school care are required to have the appropriate childcare forms on file. (Click here to see mandatory forms)
Before School Care Hours (6:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.): $11/day or $180/month (max)
Any student coming on the premises from 6:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. must go to before school care. Any child coming to school before 7:45 a.m. will be charge for before school childcare.
After School Care Hours (3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.): $17/day or $280/month (max)
ALL students remaining on the property after 3:30 p.m. MUST go to the appropriate after school classroom. The FEE for after school care is . ANY STUDENT staying in after school care past 6:00 p.m. is charged a rate of $1 per minute.
Due Date:
Weekly payments are due in advance on the Friday prior to childcare services being performed.
Late Fee:
Payments not received by 6:00 p.m. on Monday following the due date will incur a late fee of $10. **Children will not be allowed to return daycare if payment is two (2) weeks late.
Registration:
- $200 initial registration infants through 3 years
- $110 annually for infants through 3 years
- $200 for K4
FOB Fee:
FOBs are $10 each for the first 2 FOBs. FOBs 3+ are $20 each for the additional FOB. Lost FOBs are $20 to replace. Parents must return FOBs when unenrolling their child(ren)
Book Fee:
Book Fees are charged when a child moves up to the next class
- $80 (2 years of age for K2 Curriculum)
- $110 (3 years of age for K3 Curriculum)
- $200 (4 years of age for K4 Curriculum)
Overtime Fees:
$7 per hour
**The maximum hours a child may stay in childcare is 9 hours and 30 minutes. All time after this will be considered OVERTIME.
++If a child has been allotted a maximum number of hours per week by DSS, the rate will be $7 per hour past the maximum number of hours DSS allows.
After Hours Care:
The fee for a child left in childcare after 6:00 p.m. is $1 per minute per child.
