You may call the office at (704) 283-4395 to speak to the secretary on duty to arrange a tour of our facilities at any time. We would also be happy to send you an application.
Our Unconditional Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the Tender Loving Childcare your child will receive at Tabernacle. We are so convinced that we give our new parents a four-week-trial. If you are not completely satisfied after four weeks, you may withdraw your child from our childcare facility and we will give you 100% of your money back.
Admission Requirements
Before a child can be enrolled at Tabernacle Christian Childcare and Learning Center, the following requirements must be met:
The "Application" must be completed in full and submitted to the childcare office before a child will be considered for enrollment. (Found on Forms

The "Children's Medical Report" must be completed. (Found on Forms
Page)
The "Immunization History" must be completed. (Found on Forms
Page)
